As a circus artist, Yogi and athlete, I have been on the path to discover what type of movement and bodywork gives the best results. Having enjoyed athletics most of my life, it wasn’t until 2003 that I discovered the benefits of bodywork.

Over the last 15 years of receiving bodywork, I have recovered from chronic nerve tension, shoulder tightness, pulled hamstrings, heartburn, low back pain and a less than ideal body image.
